CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SALE OF THE PRODUCT
Pricing Policy:
ATOMIC X SUPPLY SL reserves the right at all times and unilaterally to modify the price of the products and services offered through its website. To guarantee the customer the certainty and security of the price of their products, this will be the one in force in the advertising coinciding with the time of formalizing the order.
In the electronic purchase process, the following steps will be followed according to the menu of options on the ATOMIC X SUPPLY SL website:
Information about the product offered to the customer:
includes the technical characteristics, description, indicative photograph (if applicable).
Product Price Information:
information on the final price or retail price of the product to be purchased, containing in the same order the final cost for the customer and including VAT, shipping costs and insurance of goods and handling derived from transport. The final cost, therefore, will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before they formalise their acceptance by choosing the "order acceptance" option from the options menu.
Any discounts or promotional gifts will be freely directed by ATOMIC X SUPPLY SL to the groups designated at any time by ATOMIC X SUPPLY SL or depending on the product offered, according to the advertising existing at any time on its website.
According to EGEDA (SGAE) and the ministerial order BOE No. 148, Order PRE / 1743 / 2008 published on June 19, 2008, ATOMIC X SUPPLY SL integrates in the prices of all articles (apparatus and equipment) subject to the levy the increase in compensatory remuneration for private copying.
Order acceptance:
At the time of placing the order, once the option in the order acceptance menu has been used, the Client's consent is understood to have been given for the validity and effectiveness of the purchase contract that binds the parties. The commitment made by ATOMIC X SUPPLY SL to sell and deliver the goods offered is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability until stocks last, so ATOMIC X SUPPLY SL, in its commitment to quality and customer service, tries at all times to make the advertised products available. However, in the event of exceptional circumstances such as abusive ordering, interactive multi-order or those others that cause the end of stock of the product, the order and the contract signed between the parties will be null and void by virtue of this termination clause, reimbursing the customer in full in the event of prepayment the amounts paid for the same.
Important note for the purchase of "Opportunities": ATOMIC X SUPPLY SL may offer products in this section from customer returns or with a non-significant fault in their operation (e.g. non-original packaging) which will be described exactly and in detail in the description of the item. All products in this category are brand new except for those specifically indicated in their description that are not. For the latter, ATOMIC X SUPPLY SL will be liable for any lack of conformity within one year of delivery (according to the period recognised for this type of product in art. 123 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) presuming that the lack of conformity during the first six months already existed when the good was delivered (except when this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity), with the buyer having to prove in the remaining 6 months that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery.
The language used will be Spanish.
Exchanges or Returns
Any defect or deterioration that may be noticed in the goods transported must be reported to the carrier, making the appropriate claim at the time of receipt of the goods.
IN ANY CASE, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN UNPACKED OR UNSEALED. THE PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND SEALS. OTHERWISE, THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. RETURN COSTS WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER. RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE OR CLAIMS ON THEM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ONCE 14 DAYS HAVE ELAPSED SINCE THEIR PURCHASE.
