How to order faster
- Search by reference first if you already know the exact product.
- If you buy cartridges or needles, check size, diameter and box quantity before adding to cart.
- If a size or variant is not available, check a nearby option or ask us.
- For urgent supplies, confirm availability before closing a large order.
- If you repeat the same order every week, save your usual references so you do not start from zero.
If something is out of stock
Out of stock does not always mean impossible. Some references are restocked quickly, others can be ordered depending on availability, and others have an equivalent alternative.
- If it is a studio consumable, we will look for restock or an alternative.
- If it is a machine, lamp, table or furniture item, we confirm timing before promising dispatch.
- If it is an ink or pigment, we check whether a nearby format, brand or shade is available.
- If it is a specific variant, we check whether another size is ready to ship.
